in touch with you. (Submitting this questionnaire does not
obligate either party to the purchase/sale of a Golden
Retrievers. It's purpose is to determine whether a Golden
Retriever is the right dog for you.) Please be honest in your

Whether you eventually purchase a Golden from Forever or from
another breeder, you owe it to yourself, your family and the
breed to research the background on your future puppy. Do
not be afraid to ask about the health of the sire and dam of
the puppy. Do not be afraid to ask to see health certifications
such as OFA clearances and ACVO (American College of Veterinary
Opthomologists) or CERF eye exams. Do ask what the
health guarantee is on the puppy you may purchase. Most
breeders do not offer a comprehensive health guarantee.
Know the facts before you purchase a companion that will be a
part of your family for 10 to 14 years.
All pet puppies are sold on an AKC
limited registration and a spay/neuter contract. (a limited
registration means that the dog cannot be shown in conformation
events and offspring that may result from a breeding are not
eligible for AKC registration). I do not sell show/breeding
quality dogs to someone who has never shown a dog. If
you are interested I would be happy to send you a copy of my
spay/neuter health contract. I am accepting reservations with a
deposit of $100, fully refundable if for any reason there is
either nothing available or you change your mind. Unfortunately
I do not accept payments. Please feel free to contact me for
